The agreement

These terms are between you and MPWS & CO Pty Ltd Trading as Applied Thinking, ABN 96 627 126 934, of Brisbane, Queensland. By subscribing to Seth or using him, you agree to them. Seth is for business use by people aged 18 and over.

What Seth is

Seth is an AI sales and marketing manager. He works inside ChatGPT and Claude when you type @Seth, using instructions designed by Applied Thinking and the business file you set up.

Seth gives advice and suggested wording. You decide what to send. Check every message before it goes out, especially prices, dates, claims about your work and anything your industry regulates. Seth is not legal, financial or regulatory advice.

Seth needs a ChatGPT or Claude account, which you hold with OpenAI or Anthropic under their own terms. If either platform changes or stops supporting apps like Seth, we will tell you and work to keep Seth available.

Your subscription

• Plans. $29 a month, or $290 a year. Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST.

• Free start. Your subscription starts with seven free days. We take your card at checkout and charge it when the free days end, unless you cancel before then. We email you three days before the charge. One free start per customer.

• Renewal. Your plan renews automatically each month or year until you cancel.

• Failed payments. If a payment fails, you have three days to update your card before Seth pauses. Seth resumes as soon as a payment goes through.

• Price changes. We will email you at least 30 days before any price change. It applies from your next renewal, and you can cancel before then.

Cancelling and refunds

Cancel any time from your Seth account. Nothing more is charged, and Seth keeps working until the end of the period you have paid for. We don't refund for a change of mind.

Our guarantee. Use Seth. If he didn't help, tell us and we will refund your most recent payment.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including guarantees that cannot be excluded.

Your content

Everything you write, and your business file, belongs to you. You give us permission to store and use your business file only to provide Seth to you. We do not use your content to train AI models.

Our content

Seth's instructions, method and design belong to Applied Thinking. Your subscription lets you use Seth for your own business. Please do not copy, extract, resell or share Seth's instructions, or try to reverse engineer them.

Using Seth fairly

Don't use Seth to:

• Mislead customers, make claims you can't back up, or break advertising or industry rules.

• Send spam, or messages that break the Spam Act.

• Harass anyone or create unlawful content.

• Share your account with people outside your business, or overload or attack the service.

We may suspend an account that breaks these rules. Where we can, we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix it.

Availability

We work to keep Seth running, but he depends on ChatGPT, Claude and other services we don't control. Seth may sometimes be unavailable while those services, or ours, are being maintained or fixed.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for lost business or lost profits from messages you chose to send. This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a way that affects you, we will email you at least 30 days before the change takes effect.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of Queensland, Australia.
